An Important Note on Our Venue & Environment

Our retreat is hosted in the heart of Vegas at a premier casino resort. Because we're gathering in an energetic, world-class entertainment hub where gambling & alcohol are available, all attendees must be 21+ years of age, however, we cater to a 30+ demographic.

We have designed this experience with a specific vision in mind:

Attendee will have their own private hotel room. Having your own quiet space allows you to recharge, reflect, & integrate your breakthroughs in peace.

Love the song we created together in Vegas & want to bring it to life?

You will be presented with a list of services at the end of the retreat to take your song as far as you want to go with it, including the option to fully produce your song with vocals (your vocals, or a professional vocalist), live instruments (from your home via online remote sessions with myself & live musicians), cover work art, lyric music videos, & music distribution services (we can release your track to all major streaming service).

Pricing for these services will be discussed at the retreat, however you will be surprised by how affordable it could be to turn your musical dreams into reality!

MEET YOUR HOST

For over 20 years, Sofia lived the high-octane life of a successful event planner, orchestrating experiences for others while using the global music scene as her own personal sanctuary. Driven by an insatiable love for sound, she embarked on a year-long pilgrimage to the world’s most legendary music hubs—from the electronic pulse of Berlin, & Ibiza, to the jungle beats of Koh Phangan & Tulum. Balancing the club scene, she immersed herself in the cityscapes of New York & Miami, historic rock roots of Seattle, & soulful live music of Austin. Ultimately, she was drawn to relocate to Las Vegas, seeking to embed herself in the entertainment capital of the world surrounded by fellow creatives.

But when the 2020 pandemic brought the event industry to a standstill, Sofia was forced to slow down. In that quiet space, she realized her fast-paced lifestyle had been a shield keeping her from confronting deep-seated childhood wounds. Music, which had always been her escape, became her bridge to healing.

Though she had carried the soul of a singer since childhood, a lifelong phobia of being fully seen had kept her voice locked away. Isolated during the pandemic, she finally opened the floodgates of her creativity & began songwriting. What started as an emotional release, evolved into an artistic awakening. She then committed to a year-long, holistic vocal academy, taught herself to DJ, & immersed herself in acquiring knowledge of various sound & movement-based healing modalities, music production, & the science of sound frequencies.

Her breakthrough was cemented in 2025 when she entered & won her first songwriting challenge, leading to her first professionally produced track. Hearing her inner world brought to life proved that music was no longer just a passion—it was her dharma.

Now, Sofia channels her multi-decade event-planning mastery, insider knowledge of the Las Vegas scene, & deep musical versatility—spanning underground electronic, rap, indie, pop, rock, classic vocal jazz & more - into a groundbreaking retreat format.

DAY ONE

Arrival, Introduction, & Intentions, followed by Downtown Dinner, Music, & Exploration

Welcome & Poolside Introductions: We kick off our journey together at the resort pool with refreshing drinks & time to get to know your fellow sisterhood of creators

Nourishment: Move to the host villa to fuel up on a light & healthy lunch

Patio Movement & Sound Healing: Transition to the patio for a gentle session of intentional movement, amplified by a restorative sound healing session

Song Discovery Guided Meditation: Immerse yourself in a guided meditation specifically engineered to break through creative blocks & help you tap into the inner song waiting to be discovered

The Creative Purge: Begin your writing with a dedicated 'purge journaling' session

Free Time: Unpack, unwind, & get ready for an evening exploring historic downtown Vegas

Evening Dinner: We will head out for a casual dinner at a local music themed downtown spot

Brunch: Meet for a brunch buffet to fuel your day

Free Time: Enjoy a spacious afternoon with your choice of hanging out poolside, utilizing your Spa Day pass, or exploring the Strip or other nearby attractions

Suite Sanctuary Movement & Sound: Dance-based grounding movement & sound healing in the villa

Guided Meditation & Journaling: Transition from a calm, meditative state straight into a directed journaling session using specific prompts designed to seamlessly lead your thoughts into a song structure

Intensive Song / Poetry Writing: A dedicated, supportive block of writing time. You can raise your hand for assistance & the host will sit down with each person & provide a 1-on-1 coaching to help shape your track

Evening Experience: Get glam & head out to the stylish 'Shag Room' for evening drinks & to get inspired by local fresh talent at their Open Mic night

Late Night Dinner: Stroll to the gorgeous Kassi Beach House for a beautiful, late-night dinner & conversation

Dancing: Then, we kick on to the early am at 'On The Record' nightclub on the Las Vegas Strip

DAY TWO

A slow morning & songwriting, followed by an evening of music, drinks, dinner, dancing

Morning Alignment: Ease into the day with your curated playlist & affirmations.

Brunch: Meet for brunch to fuel your day.

Poolside Hangout: Meet up at the resort pool for a relaxed conversation & drinks.

Finalize your Art: Move back to the host suite to put the finishing touches on your song / poem.

Vocal Technique: Participate in an empowering vocal training session to help you project your creative voice.

Optional Glam Squad: Treat yourself to a professional glow-up before our big night out! You can optionally book an in-room hair &/or make-up service.

Showcase! We celebrate your creations with an incredible opportunity! You will have the chance to perform your song / poem 'Open Mic' style for our intimate group. (OR you may opt to do Karaoke, or simply spectate. This is a no pressure environment, & it's entirely your preference, based on your comfort level :)

Time to Shine! Your performance will be recorded & provided to you to have as a precious keepsake, or to share to the world!

Dinner & Dancing We’ll then enjoy a group dinner & head out to celebrate & dance all night!

DAY THREE

Finalize your Art, then it's your time to Shine! The main stage Showcase & Celebrations!

DAY FOUR: CHECK-OUT

If you have yet to use your Spa Pass, consider checking out of your room & leaving your bags at the bell desk while you enjoy the spa facilities until it's time to head to the airport.

Then set off on your journey back home heart content, fully rejuvenated & in a state of bliss!

The retreat takes place at a premier luxury las Vegas Resort - located just 1 mile off the Strip, for the perfect balance of proximity and peace

Who can attend?

This is a woman's retreat. As we are gathering in a resort where gambling and alcohol are available, all attendees must be 21 years of age or older - However, to cultivate a deeply focused, grounded, and mature environment, we cater to a 30+ demographic.

Although we will be gathering all day & night as a group, each Attendee will have their own private hotel room, so please ensure you are conformable with this level of 'solo' travel. We ask that all guests bring a spirit of maturity and mindfulness, and navigate the casino environment and Las Vegas responsibly.

What should I bring?

CLOTHING: Swimwear / Poolside Attire / Casual clothing for poolside gatherings, Wellness & Writing Sessions in Villa for 3 days

1st Night: Casual Dinner & Walking Downtown (comfy shoes!)

2nd Night: Cocktail Lounge, Dinner in an 'Ibiza / Tulum vibes' Restaurant, then 'On The Record' nightclub

3rd Night: YOU take center stage - opportunity to perform your creation 'open mic' style & have it recorded, so wear whatever makes you feel like an artist!

Is transportation provided?

guests are to arrange their own travel to & from the retreat location.

Can I bring a friend?

Of course, you are welcome to share this experience with friends - however, please note that the purpose of this retreat is therapeutic and healing song / poetry writing. We feel that you will truly get the most out of the experience with time for reflecting and solitude in your own sleeping quarters, however should you need to share a room, please reach out to us and we can discuss arrangements.

What happens if there is bad weather or a venue changes its schedule?

Because we are hosting this retreat in a dynamic entertainment hub, all scheduled venues, activities, and inclusions are subject to change based on weather, seasonal hours, or venue availability. (For example, if it rains on our scheduled pool day, we’ll move the fun to a great indoor space instead!) Our schedule is highly organized, and if a venue makes an unexpected shift, we will always substitute it with a comparable, equally amazing experience.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and outline the legally binding contractual agreement for booking and participating in our live, in-person retreats.

By accessing this website or purchasing a retreat package, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or register for our events.

1. Booking, Payments, and Klarna Financing

• Deposit Requirements: To secure your spot at a retreat, an upfront deposit is required.

• Final Balance Due Date: The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 14 days prior to the official retreat start date.

• Financing Exceptions: If you utilize Klarna (or another authorized third-party financing partner) at checkout, your payment schedule and final balance deadlines will be governed by your agreement with that provider. However, your registration remains subject to our cancellation policies below.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Because planning an in-person retreat requires upfront venue, lodging, and resource commitments, we enforce a strict tiered refund schedule based on when notice is given:

• 30+ Days Before Start Date: 100% refund of your deposit/payments made.

• 15–29 Days Before Start Date: 50% refund of your deposit/payments made.

• 0–14 Days Before Start Date: 0% refund. No refunds or partial credits will be issued for cancellations made within this window.

3. Event Changes & Force Majeure

• Event Execution: The retreat will proceed regardless of final guest registration numbers.

• Force Majeure: If an event beyond our reasonable control—including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather, government travel restrictions, strikes, or sudden venue failures—makes hosting the retreat impossible or unsafe, Astrella LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event.

• Limitation of Travel Liability: In a Force Majeure scenario, Astrella LLC will not be held liable or financially responsible for any auxiliary expenses incurred by attendees, including flights, train tickets, car rentals, or external hotel bookings. We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

• Future Booking Discounts: If we are forced to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, Astrella LLC may, at its sole discretion, offer affected guests a discount toward a future retreat booking.

4. Changes to Itinerary, Venues, and Inclusions

• The retreat itinerary, scheduled activities, specific inclusions (such as specific dining, pool, or entertainment experiences), and advertised venues are subject to change and availability. While we make every effort to deliver the experience as outlined, adjustments may be made due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: weather conditions, seasonal closures, venue capacity limits, unexpected venue scheduling changes, or maintenance.

  In the event that an advertised venue, activity, or inclusion becomes unavailable, ASTRELLA TRAVELS reserves the right to substitute a comparable alternative or reschedule the activity within the retreat schedule. No refunds, partial refunds, or discounts will be issued due to these necessary adjustments.

5. Retreat Participation & Well-Being Disclaimer

• Not Medical Therapy: You acknowledge that while our songwriting, poetry, and music appreciation activities are deeply therapeutic, creative, and educational, they do not constitute professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric therapy. Participation in this retreat is not a substitute for clinical mental health care.

• Assumption of Risk: By attending, you voluntarily assume all inherent risks associated with travel and event participation, accepting full responsibility for your own physical health, mental well-being, and personal belongings throughout the duration of the retreat.

6. Media & Photography Release

Astrella LLC frequently documents workshops and activities for future marketing, website design, and promotional materials.

• Consent: By participating in the retreat, you grant Astrella LLC permission to capture and utilize your likeness, voice, or image in photos and videos.

• Opt-Out: If you have privacy concerns or wish to opt out of media capture, you must contact us at astrella.travels@gmail.com prior to the start of the retreat to discuss alternative arrangements.

7. Intellectual Property & Shared Materials

• Proprietary Curriculum: All original worksheets, curriculum designs, instructional materials, and unique songwriting prompts provided during the retreat are the sole intellectual property of Astrella LLC. You are granted personal use rights but may not reproduce, copy, or distribute these materials for commercial purposes.

8. Collaborative Songwriting & Commercial Splits

During the retreat, attendees may participate in collaborative environments where songs, lyrics, or melodies are co-written with instructors or peers. In the event that a song co-written with an Astrella LLC instructor is developed for commercial release, the following rules apply:

• Option A (Published by Astrella LLC / AEO PUBLISHING): If you choose to have Astrella LLC / AEO PUBLISHING publish the track, Astrella LLC shall retain 100% of the Publisher's Share (equal to 50% of the total song royalties) as compensation for administrative overhead, and distribution management.

• Option B (Third-Party Publishing / Self-Publishing): If you choose to use an outside publisher or self-publish the track, you retain your publishing rights. However, you must legally credit the Astrella LLC instructor as an official co-songwriter on all publishing registrations (e.g., ASCAP/BMI) and distribution platforms.

• The Writer's Share Split (Sliding Scale): For the remaining 50% (the Writer's Share), the split will not automatically be a default 50/50. Instead, the Astrella LLC instructor shall be entitled to a Writer's Share split of up to 50%, to be determined at the instructor's sole discretion based on the level of creative and lyrical contribution they provided to the song. A lesser percentage may be agreed upon for minor or formatting assistance, which will be mutually finalized in writing prior to the song's commercial registration.

9. Confidentiality, Privacy, and "Safe Space" Agreement

Astrella LLC retreats are designed to be a safe, supportive, and creative environment. Because the therapeutic nature of songwriting, poetry, and music appreciation often involves sharing deeply personal experiences, emotions, and histories, all attendees must strictly adhere to the following privacy rules:

• Strict Mutual Confidentiality: You agree that all personal stories, life experiences, and private matters disclosed by other participants or instructors during workshops, group circles, or casual conversations are strictly confidential. You agree not to share, discuss, or disclose another participant’s personal information or stories outside of the retreat environment, whether in person or online.

• No Unauthorized Recording of Personal Disclosures: You are strictly prohibited from audio-recording, video-recording, or photographing other participants while they are sharing personal stories, participating in workshops, or engaging in therapeutic exercises.

• Open Mic & Performance Restrictions: To protect the creative vulnerability and intellectual property of our guests, no filming, recording, or broadcasting of other participants during open mics, song circles, or performances is permitted. without the express written consent of both the performing participant and Astrella LLC.

• Protecting Unreleased Songs & Copyrights: Songs performed at the retreat are raw, unreleased, and unregistered works-in-progress. Unauthorized recording or posting of another attendee's song can compromise their ability to properly copyright, register, or commercially release their music in the future. Astrella LLC reserves the right to request the immediate deletion of any unauthorized recordings.

• Upholding Our Community Standard: Creating a sanctuary of trust is a shared responsibility. If a participant's behavior or actions repeatedly compromise the privacy, emotional safety, or intellectual property of the group, we reserve the right to address the situation directly. In rare and extreme cases where a resolution cannot be reached, we may ask a participant to leave the retreat to preserve the integrity of the space for the rest of the group.

10. Website Digital Terms (Cookies & Links)

• Cookies: Our website uses essential cookies necessary for functionality (such as secure checkout processing). By using the website, you agree to these required cookies. Optional marketing/statistical cookies can be managed via your browser settings.

• Content Liability: We do not filter or assume liability for comments posted by users on our public digital spaces. We reserve the right to remove any digital content deemed offensive or inappropriate.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
